Start with a questionnaire

Firstly you’ll get a questionnaire to give us a clear picture of your achievements, goals and expectations. This will be followed by an free initial consultation to discuss these areas in more detail and allow you to ask any questions you may have.

We’ll tailor your plan

Now we can build a personal plan that will be specific to you and your goal event. We will take into account your current fitness, home life, work life and time available to train. This enables us to build your plan, perfectly matching your needs.

Keeping track of progress
